Everything is what i need and want.

The rooms at Maroula Studios are comfortable and cozy, with all the amenities you need for a great stay. The balcony and sun terrace provide beautiful views of the sea, and the air conditioning keeps you cool in the heat. The kitchenette is well-equipped for cooking, and the TV with satellite channels is a nice bonus. I felt right at home in these studios.

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the shower in the bathroom. It was a little small and the curtain wasn't the best.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to the beach and just a short walk to the city center. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, with everything we needed. The staff was friendly and the rooms were cleaned daily.

You can also take a break and relax on the lazy river or challenge yourself on the kamikaze slides. The park truly offers everything you could ask for - it's an absolute blast!

My wife says that it would have been great if there were more shaded areas at the water park for families with children.

During my recent business trip to Faliraki, my director chose Maroula Studios as our accommodation. And I must say, it was a fantastic choice. The self-catered accommodation provided us with the convenience we needed, and having a private balcony overlooking the swimming pool was a delightful bonus. It was the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of work. The guest house also had a sun terrace with breathtaking views of the pool, creating a serene and relaxing atmosphere.

I always come back to my favorite place in Faliraki. The staff kindly helped me with currency suggestions during my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, poolside snack bar, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, golf course. Perfect for a romantic escape.

We had an amazing time at Maroula Studios. Our stay was for a week and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet still close enough to the beach and local attractions. The view from our room on the third floor was of the swimming pool, which had very few people around. We loved having our own personal balcony with chairs and a table. The amenities in our room were great, including air conditioning, a fridge with a little freezer, a teapot, and even a hairdryer. The food in the hotel cafe was delicious, especially the homemade Greek dishes prepared by the owner's mom. We were even able to print our flight tickets at the hotel. it was a fantastic vacation at Maroula Studios.

That some of the facilities were a bit outdated. The beds were a little uncomfortable and the fridge ended up freezing our food.
